Wars of the Roses |

These figures represent the men who fought in the long drawn out conflict that we now refer to as the Wars of the Roses. As the fighting took place over a long period of time the style of armour and weaponry changed. I have chosen to represent the latter period, roughly 1465 to 1485. All the knights in the current list fought at the battle of Tewksbury. At the moment all the figures in this range are mounted and in fairly static poses as if arrayed prior to battle. Foot figures and action mounted figures are in the pipeline. A wide variety of heads, arms and weapons allow for many variations. There are several different horses both in full comparisons and in plain harness. |
